To take part in Food On The Go you need to download the free 'ShopandScan' app for iPhone or Android smartphones.
If you have an Android phone:
You can find the app by searching for 'ShopandScan' on the Play Store or by following this link:
The app is around 15 MB, so you may wish to wait until you are on a Wi-Fi connection.
If you have an iPhone:
You can find the app by searching for 'ShopandScan' on the Apple App Store or by following this link:
The app is around 45 MB, so you may wish to wait until you are on a Wi-Fi connection.
Logging In
On the Login page, in the Username box enter the username provided in your invitation email and press 'Sign in'.
To finalise your sign up to the panel please open the Complete Registration survey after you've logged in and press 'Next' to complete.
